Village does selective demolition services with state and federal agencies and general contracting firms. We understand that each project is unique and we provide communication updates throughout the
project, take care of regulatory and compliance paperwork to make the process go smoothly and adhere to all safety and regulation requirements. Village is committed to recycling building materials whenever possible.
DEMOLITION
Village Construction will assist with creating and managing a plan to get your new or renovated spaces cleaned to meet your schedule. We provide thorough and detailed multi-phase cleaning; pre-construction, progress and post-construction as well as exterior services
like debris removal, power washing and window cleaning.
CONSTRUCTION CLEAN
A tastefully designed and well-maintained landscape is an important feature of commercial and residential projects,
with environmental stewardship and increasingly important part of any plan.
Village Construction will work with you
to design and enhance your landscape project. We can prep and install high grade sod, plants, greenery and mulch for your commercial or residential projects.

LANDSCAPING
Village can plan all aspects of your project. We’ll get the necessary personnel and equipment, assign duties and coordinate tasks to ensure uniformity upon project
completion. We work within budgets, manage timelines and communicate to foster client trust. Internal and external risks that may directly or indirectly affect the project are effectively managed so there is little disruption to the process.
